I’m not sure who needs to hear this but NOW is the Greatest time in history to be alive!

We have accessibility to information and technology that can help us do so much. Whatever you want to do, you can! Long post but you will see some value.

Some of these things you couldn’t do just 20 years ago.

- Away on business trip - FaceTime your kids, loved ones at any time. - Need to make extra cash - get in your car and drive people to their location of choice - Get a/another degree - hop online and pick you major - Meet new people - jump on meetup or match - Need to go shopping without leaving the home - of course amazon - No time to read a book - audible will allow you to passively digest content

I could go on and on with that list alone. Information has never been more accessible! Find exactly what you want to do and research it. Real Estate and Entrepreneurship (start a business).

- Take classes to get a license or certification. Learn the basics. - Listen to podcasts of successful people who have experience doing exactly what YOU want to do. - "Followed” people in Real Estate & Business on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. When they post something, research it more! Having mentors who don’t even know they are your mentor - powerful on their end. You never know who’s life you can change. - Connected with others who have similar mindsets, goals and experiences to run ideas by and even partner up with. - If something goes wrong, we can go to Forums or YouTube to find how others have solved that problem.

In Business - costs to launch a business are on average lower than ever. Especially a home based business. They typically have the lowest cost, lowest risk but high reward potential. The ability to start one is simple. One idea can change your life or your family’s generational wealth. During this pandemic, there have been countless webinars or all sorts of topics. You just have to find what you are looking for!

In 2015 Uber, the world's largest taxi company owned no vehicles.

Facebook, the world's most popular media owner creates no content.

Our ability to condense years and years of information and education is powerful. I always heard knowledge is power. Well, I’d suggest that it is APPLIED Knowledge that is Power. Sure, access to information and the media and social media can be negative especially during these times. We have to be better about what can impact us negatively and turn that stream of information off or limit it.

Enjoy life, sure it can be hard but we only get one! If you want something - create a goal, come up with a game plan and take action to go after it
